2024-2025 Cornerstone Preschool Registration Form-Eagle Creek

Registration for the 2024-2025 school year will open at 10:00 am on the following dates:

• Monday, February 19: Current Preschool Families, CLC Disciples, and Previously Enrolled Families
• Monday, February 26: Open to the Community

If you wish to register for 5 days, choose both M/W/F and T/TH options.

*Please note: Children must meet the age level requirement of the class by August 1, 2024 to be eligible for the 2024-2025 school year.
